To access DVA-funded chiropractic care, you need a valid DVA Gold Card (which covers all conditions) or a White Card (which covers accepted conditions only), and a referral from your GP or specialist. Your chiropractor will bill DVA directly, so there is no upfront payment or gap fee. DVA chiropractic is separate from Medicare — it has its own fee schedule and does not count toward your 5 allied health visits under a CDM plan.
