About Rouse Hill Chiropractic
Rouse Hill Chiropractic is a Hills District practice located in The Terrace on Panmure Street, led by principal chiropractor Dr Joseph Iemma. Joseph graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters in Chiropractic, and he has been practising in the Hills District for 20 years. He also consults from a second clinic in his home suburb of Manly Vale, caring for patients across Greater Sydney. A lifelong sportsman and an active member of the Queenscliff surf lifesaving club, where he has placed at state level in competitive beach sprinting, Joseph brings that experience to his work with sportspeople at every level, and as the father of two young children he enjoys caring for whole families.

Joseph is joined by fellow chiropractors Leo Chong, Jeunesse Leaia and Olivia Thompson, each of whom holds a science degree and a Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University. Leo has a keen interest in joint biomechanics and incorporates myofascial soft tissue release, exercise prescription and rehabilitation into his care. Jeunesse, who grew up in New Zealand, has a special interest in pregnancy and paediatrics, has completed Inspiral paediatric training, and works alongside GPs, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals when needed. Olivia, originally from Orange in the NSW central west, focuses on functionality and biomechanics.
The clinic's philosophy is that complete care takes time, so appointments are longer, with initial visits of up to 40 minutes covering a full history, examination and the start of treatment. Care typically combines gentle chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue massage therapy and musculoskeletal dry needling, supported by stretching and core strengthening programs, and common focus areas include back and neck pain, headaches and sports injuries.
No referral is needed. An initial consultation is $139 and a standard 20-minute consultation is $97. The clinic uses HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming with most private health funds, leaving only the gap to pay, and Medicare EPC referrals are accepted. New patients are welcome to book a free discovery call before their first visit.
