Central To Health is a multi-disciplinary health practice at Level 1, 507 Crown St, Surry Hills, part of a three-clinic Sydney group that also includes Artarmon and Erskineville. Founded in 1999, Surry Hills was the practice's original location, with Artarmon opening the following year and Erskineville added more recently. The centre brings a large team of seven chiropractors together with massage therapy, acupuncture and counselling under one roof, aiming for coordinated care across physical and mental health rather than treating them separately.

The chiropractic team is Dr Bec Bowring, Dr Darren Little, Dr Alissa Buda, Dr Robert Buda, Dr Sharren Yee, Dr Ane Olsson Skjaeret and Dr Bronte Tukana, all general-registration chiropractors with AHPRA. Alongside them, Gary Zhang provides remedial massage and acupuncture, Gianna Hazel offers counselling and psychotherapy, and Jaime McIntyre works as a counsellor and NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) practitioner. Care draws on diversified chiropractic technique, soft tissue work, acupuncture, NET and counselling as needed, rather than a single fixed approach.

Patients present most commonly with headaches, back and neck pain, general musculoskeletal complaints, poor posture and stress-related conditions. An initial chiropractic consultation is $165, a regular follow-up visit is $82, and an extended consultation for more complex presentations is $125. Remedial massage runs $120 for an hour up to $200 for two hours, acupuncture is $120, and a 50-minute NET or counselling session is $135. Health fund rebates apply, with HICAPS available for on-the-spot claiming, and the Surry Hills clinic runs extended hours across the week including Saturday and Sunday.
