About Petite Chiropractic & Wellness

Petite Chiropractic & Wellness is a sole-practitioner chiropractic clinic in Bibra Lake, in Perth's southern suburbs, led by Dr Bianca Petite. The practice operates from inside Transpire Gym on Port Kembla Drive, with private treatment rooms opening directly onto a fully equipped gym floor. That arrangement is deliberate: it allows assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation to sit within a single approach rather than being split across separate appointments and venues.

Dr Petite graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic (Distinction), and was named the Australian Chiropractic Association's Graduate of the Year for 2025. She holds general registration with AHPRA (CHI0004042555). Alongside her chiropractic qualifications she is an ASCA-accredited strength and conditioning coach, is certified in dry needling, is qualified in clinical reformer Pilates, and has completed the FICS upper and lower limb sports chiropractic modules, a Level 1 Sports Trainer course and ACSTA swim coaching certification.

Her own history shapes the way the practice works. Born with a clubfoot and diagnosed with scoliosis during high school, she came to chiropractic through sport, progressing from learn-to-swim lessons to state and national level competition in both pool and open-water events, including solo Rottnest Channel Swim crossings. Living with those conditions while meeting the physical demands of competitive sport gave her a first-hand understanding of injury and rehabilitation, and the practice reflects it: movement-based care built around a whole-body assessment rather than only the site of symptoms. Dr Petite works with patients of all ages and activity levels, with a particular focus on active people recovering from injury or working towards a performance goal.

Appointments are longer than many clinics offer. An initial consultation runs a full hour and costs $120, an extended appointment for more complex presentations runs 45 minutes at $100, and a standard consultation is 30 minutes at $80. No GP referral is needed to attend, and all major private health funds are accepted, with private health accepted on site.
